Non-public personally identifiable information (“Information”) is information that identifies you and is not available to the general public. The following sections tell you more about how and when we collect your Information.
During your interaction, you may be asked for information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, social security, and the level of information requested usually will depend on the level of services that you are seeking from SEETHOS. Information like social security number, date of birth and address are generally requested from users who are asking SEETHOS to help them fill out forms like immigration forms, bankruptcy forms, or other Government-generated forms that SEETHOS is capable of providing to its users so they don’t waste a lot of money paying attorney’s fees.:
If you gave us your email address, SEETHOS may use it from time to time to notify you of such things as new services, special offers, or to confirm transactions. If you do not wish to be contacted by email for any matter related to our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions at the bottom of any SEETHOS email you receive or by contacting us.
If you are a SEETHOS.COM/SAIL member, an AILEGALBOT.COM member, you can log in to your particular account to manage your email subscriptions, using the appropriate access procedures.
1. Data General Protection. Seethos acknowledges that it may have access to certain of your computer and communications systems and networks for the purposes set forth in this Agreement. If any data is made available or accessible to Seethos, its employees, agents or contractors, pertaining to your business or financial affairs, or to your projects, transactions, clients or customers, Seethos will not store, copy, analyze, monitor or otherwise use that data except for the purposes set forth in this Agreement for the your benefit. Seethos will comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and government orders relating to personally identifiable information (“PII”) and data privacy with respect to any such data that Seethos receives or has access to under this Agreement or in connection with the performance of any services for you. Seethos will otherwise protect PII and will not use, disclose, or transfer across borders such PII except as necessary to perform under this Agreement or in accordance with applicable law. To the extent that Seethos receives PII related to the performance of this Agreement, Seethos will protect the privacy and legal rights of your personnel, clients, customers and contractors.
2. Unanswered Questions. For Seethos.com/sail members and ailegalbot.com members, you authorize Seethos to access Questions from your chatbot users, that are not answered by your chatbot, so that Seethos can work with you to provide answers to your Unanswered Questions. Seethos promises to preserve the confidentiality of such data with the same diligence that it employs to protect the confidentiality of its own confidential data.
3. Seethos Chatbot Data. Data generated and supplied by Seethos for the development, maintenance and improvement of your chatbot are proprietary information of Seethos provided only for the benefit of your chatbot users, and you promise that you may not, and you may not allow a user or a third party to, store, copy, distribute, sell, license or otherwise use that data except for the purposes set forth in this Agreement for the benefit of your chatbot users. Any other use, commercial or otherwise, of such data is not permitted unless you obtain a prior written consent of Seethos.
4. Feedback. Seethos will treat any feedback or suggestions that you or your Chatbot users provide to Seethos as non- confidential and non-proprietary, and you acknowledge that Seethos will be entitled to use, implement and exploit any such feedback in any manner without restriction, and without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or compensation or other duty to account. Thus, in the absence of a written agreement with Seethos to the contrary, you agree that you will not submit to Seethos any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary as part of, or in the form of, feedback.
Information about our customers or former customers will only be disclosed as permitted or required by law. Information about you or your company that has been collected is maintained in your or your company’s secure database.
We restrict access to your Information to employees who we have determined need it in order to provide products or services to you. We train our employees to safeguard customer information, and we require them to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Information from unauthorized access by third parties.
We may modify our privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always posted at Seethos.com, Seethos.com/sail, Ailegalbot.com or other Seethos-owned site.
If you have a concern about privacy or security at Seethos.com or at any Seethos-owned site, we want to hear about it by mail or email.
